STAYMEMORY
Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-24
1. Service and eligibility
StayMemory provides recording, importing, organizing, learning, review and AI-assisted questions and research. You must be at least 18, have reached the age of majority where you live, and have capacity to agree. Contact us at contact@staymemory.com.
2. Account security
Use an email or account you are entitled to use. Protect your codes, credentials and device; contact us about suspected misuse. Third-party sign-in does not give us your third-party password or access to your mailbox or drive. Deleting StayMemory does not delete your third-party account.
3. Your content
You retain rights you lawfully hold in your content and must have authority to submit and process it. You grant only the non-exclusive rights needed to store, display, organize and process content for requested features. This is not permission to publish private notes, advertise with them or resell them arbitrarily. Third-party processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. AI limitations
Importing and organizing may generate knowledge points as described by the feature. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated; citations do not guarantee correctness. Check sources and seek qualified advice for important medical, legal or financial decisions. Outputs are not guaranteed original or free of third-party rights. Do not submit unauthorized secrets, credentials or unnecessary sensitive data. Replacement operations are governed by their advance notice and confirmation.
5. Energy allowances
Accepting these terms does not authorize any payment. Energy manages model resources and is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The client shows your plan, available percentage and reset time. Allowances reset every seven days from the plan start; unused allowance does not accumulate. Model requests, subtasks and retries consume resources based on usage and corresponding cost. Before each request, actual remaining allowance is checked without reserving the maximum estimated cost. Confirmed usage is settled at actual cost; no further requests start after exhaustion. Requests already in progress may exceed the remaining allowance at settlement. Unknown usage requires reconciliation and is not treated as zero consumption. Later task failure does not erase model usage already incurred. Insufficient allowance or accounting errors are reported; contact us for review. Any paid service requires separate disclosures and necessary confirmation before purchase.
6. Acceptable use
Do not infringe rights, distribute unlawful content, steal data, attack systems or bypass access and resource limits. Necessary restrictions may apply to unsafe or unlawful use, with explanations and appeal contact where legally permitted. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
7. Soft deletion and account closure
Individual Memories are soft-deleted: removed from ordinary access, not immediately physically erased together with historical and related records. Account closure starts a separate background cleanup. Signing out or uninstalling is not account closure. Backups and provider copies require separate handling; we do not promise immediate deletion of every copy. Contact us about cleanup arrangements or for access, copies, correction or erasure. Soft deletion does not limit statutory rights. Preserve content you need before irreversible actions.
8. Changes and responsibility
Networks, maintenance and provider failures can affect availability. Significant changes or discontinuation will be notified as required, including data handling and remedies, except where urgent action or law prevents notice. Free access or the use of AI does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for intent or gross negligence.
9. Updates and disputes
Material changes will be notified; express agreement will be sought when legally required. PRC law applies to the extent permitted, without excluding mandatory consumer protections where you live. Contact contact@staymemory.com or seek relief from competent courts or regulators. No mandatory arbitration or waiver of statutory rights is imposed. Reading the Privacy Policy does not replace separately required consent.
